Combining military efforts with civilian support is a kind of development pattern for the national defense industry generally adopted by the modern military powers. The Development Plan Outline for Medium and Long Term Science and Technology Development (2006—2020) has already taken the mechanisms of combining the army with the people and military efforts with civilian support as important measures for the future development of our country. In the advancement of national policies, the domestic military enterprises and scientific research institutes have gradually begun to change from the single development pattern of national defense industry to the integrated development pattern of national defense industry and civil industry. This is the process of organizational reform. The primary task of the organizational reform is the reform of the people and culture. The successful reform of corporate culture has become the key factors for the success of enterprise reforms. How to effectively conduct corporate culture transition in the implementation of the strategy of"combining the army with the people"is an urgent problem for the military enterprises and scientific research institutes.30 Group is the representative of the military enterprises and scientific research institutes implementing"combining the army with the people"strategy. How to accurately assess the current status of the Group culture, find effective ways beneficial to the reform of corporate culture and promote the Group's take-off and development become particularly important. The research will be based on the domestic and international research on corporate culture, utilize the four characteristics and 12 dimensions of the Denison corporate culture model put forward by Professor Denison to investigate and survey the current status of the corporate culture of 30 Group, combine the self characteristics of the Group, optimize the Denison model, finally analyze its corporate culture from the 8 dimensions of strategy, target plan, harmony, coordination, participatory learning, client capabilities, innovative changes, and thus point out the problems existing in the Group culture and propose the reform measures and suggestions against the problems. The research has not only presented the situation of the cultural construction in a real and objective manner, provided useful basis and references for the optimization of the existing cultural construction, but also laid a solid foundation for more effectively adapting to environmental changes and improving the core competitiveness of the Group in the future; meanwhile, it has also provided more valuable reference for the sustainable and good development of enterprises and institutes that are undergoing army-civilian transformation or that have completed transformation.
