Survey Research On Enterprise Culture In DH Yunnan Company

In the background of globalization, corporate culture has remarkable and profound impact on enterprise management. As the concept of corporate culture popularizing and widely accepted, domestic companies recognized the powerful function of corporate culture, start the research of corporate culture and apply it into practice in succession. Domestic civil aviation industry started to explore the corporate culture theory and put it into daily management. Facing the fierce market competition and tremendous challenge brought with technological revolution, the airline industry has accelerated the pace of reform and transformation, pay much attention to corporate culture as one system of enterprise management and strengthen the construction of enterprise culture.The thesis takes DH Yunnan Company as the research object, use the enterprise culture evaluation and diagnosis method for quantitative analysis of target enterprises. After weighing the advantages and disadvantages, it is finally decided to choose organization culture survey as the quantitative research method. Adapted by the cultural characteristics of Chinese society and the background of civil aviation companies corporate culture, the model is modified to be more accord with Chinese enterprises, especially Chinese civil aviation enterprises. The questionnaire has been used to carry on the field survey to the target enterprise’s corporate culture, analyze the shortage of the target enterprise in the enterprise culture through the analysis of survey results, and then put forward the construction strategies on corporate culture.
