In January of 2016,China's commerce ministry spokesman routinely released in monthly news conference,by the ministry of commerce and state administration of foreign exchange statistical data.According to statistics,China's direct foreign investment in 2015 totaled $145.6 billion,while foreign companies raised $35.56 billion through a third party.That is to say,China's foreign direct investment in 2015 total should be $181.16 billion,and the actual use of foreign capital in our country is $126.27 billion,about $500 higher.In the same way as you can see,the actual use of foreign capital in China is far less than the total amount of investment of foreign investment,China has become a net exporter of capital.Is the cause of this situation,our country has a lot of companies to adopt the "go abroad" strategy,enterprise development through cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other forms to become an international enterprise,and achieved great success.According to statistical data show that in 2015,our country has 3.08 international enterprise,with 579 M&A by foreign investment,its business development involved 62 countries and regions.Though,our country the development of international business is carried on,but at the same time,a lot of international companies have repeatedly suffered failure and loss.After those failures,we have to calm down and seriously think about: what is the cause of the international business development? What is the reason makes those International companies repeatedly suffered the failure? At present,many international enterprise management research experts and management research scholars gives an universal answer: the cause of international business failure is the cultural differences.Cultural difference is the key factor of international business failure.That is to say,the cultural integration problem become the core issue of the international enterprise development,and also a must to solve the problem.International enterprise culture is mainly manifested in two aspects: the background culture and enterprise culture.Among them,the enterprise culture is the essence of the enterprise to establish and how to implement of enterprise culture in the context of international communication,identity and influence is a very worth exploring problems;Background culture is in the national culture,national culture,is the international background of enterprise employees in different countries life.Standing in the perspective of cultural differences,to carry out international enterprise internal employee performance management,it must analyze the influence of different culture background for enterprise employee performance differences.Visible,in this paper,the research is very important and necessary.Based on those problems,this study aimed to investigate the different background's influence on China's international business performance,as well as the influence of internal mechanism.From the point of the view of "theory with practice”.This thesis is divided into two parts,theory and empirical part.Among them,in the theoretical part,this paper aims to analysis of the main content of the different cultural background,including the concept of culture,the classification of culture,cultural model and cultural background of deconstruction,etc.;the concept of performance,the performance of classification,the factors influencing the performance and so on.According to Hofstede's culture dimension is "culture" and "performance",a combination,culture-performance model was established for the later empirical research laid a solid theoretical basis.The innovation of this paper is mainly in two aspects.First,the perspective of innovation.This paper is different from the previous studies focus on study the impact between "corporate culture background" or "national cultural background" and "business performance".But this paper studied the relationship between "background culture" and "employee performance".Another innovation lies in the content of the study.This paper is not a separate corporate culture or national culture study,but focus on the study of "background culture" constitute by "corporate culture background" and "national cultural background",then studied on the impact of this “background culture” and "employee performance ".Through layers of analysis,deconstruction of the relationship between them,in the end,use for the internal management of international enterprises.
