Innovation-oriented Enterprises Independent Innovation Model And The Construction Of The Basic Management Mechanisms

Based on the theory of independent innovation and sustainable innovation, the paper istarget at the independent innovation practice of domestic innovation enterprises, focusing oninnovative enterprises models and basic evaluation and selection criteria of independentinnovation, and discussed the construction and evaluation of the basis of independent innovationmanagement Mechanisms, the main point of innovation in the following areas: First of all, according to the view point of Ikujiro Nonaka on the innovative enterprises,established the innovative enterprises concept. The nature of innovative enterprises is to achievesustainable innovation, and sustainable innovation on technology is the main body of content ofthe process of innovative enterprises, sustainable innovation on system and managementinnovation is the security of sustainable innovation on technology. Secondly, according to Schumpeter's definition of innovation, established the concept ofindependent innovation. Now, our discussion of independent innovation, is mainly aroundtechnological innovation activities carried by enterprises. So according to different sources oftechnology, we decide to discuss three basic models of independent innovation for the innovativeenterprises, including the introduction and digestion and absorption of re-innovation, integratedinnovation, original innovation. Then discussed the development path of three basic models ofindependent innovation, and put forward independent innovation model to choose the basicprinciples and criteria for evaluation. Thirdly, on made reference to Professor Xiang Gang of enterprise management frameworkfor sustainable innovation system, constructed the independent innovation management systemframework of the innovative enterprises, and analyzed the elements of the framework of thesystem and its role. These include:building a base (technology center of the enterprises forbuilding, research combination of science and technology innovation platform of enterprises forbuilding), knowledge management (enterprise intellectual property management, learningorganization for building, knowledge-based employee incentives), the innovative projectmanagement (single innovation project management, group innovation project management,variety of innovative project management), then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodto assess it.■ Finally, the use of over-building of theoretical models of the innovative enterprises, selected outstanding innovation enterprises in Yunnan Province-Yunnan Baiyao Group Company Limited as a case study, analysis of its own characteristics based on self-innovation model and its basic management mechanisms. Apply in the over-building of innovative enterprises of basic management mechanisms evaluation model, use of the experts investigate methods and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, we made a quantitative evaluation of Yunnan Baiyao basic management mechanism, and finally use the basis of quantitative evaluation results, give the conclusions and recommendations.
