Influence Mechanism Of Enterprise Independent Innovation Endogenous Driving Factors Arnd Its Construction System

The capability of independent innovation is the core factor and key driving force influencing the enterprise's position in the competitive advantage of the value chain.It is the key to decide whether it can succeed in the fierce international market competition.The construction of independent innovation capability has become an important index of the comprehensive competition between countries.Scholars have studied the drivers of enterprise independent innovation from two aspects of endogenous and exogenous.The research on endogenous drivers focuses on factors influencing the independent innovation of enterprises,such as entrepreneurial innovation,enterprise innovation culture,enterprise innovation strategy,enterprise innovation staff,enterprise innovation organization,etc.The research on the exogenous drivers focuses on the impact of technological impetus,market demand pull,market forces,government policies and other factors.Some scholars have pointed out that endogenous motivation is the key,but few scholars have built a comprehensive enterprise independent innovation endogenous drive system.Moreover,in the context of a new era,the endogenous driving factors,such as entrepreneurial innovation,enterprise innovation culture,have new characterization and connotation.Thus,it's necessary to give them new meanings.What's more,the existing research lacks the empirical study of endogenous driving factors on the independent innovation ability of enterprises and the impact mechanism of value creation This paper carry out the research based on these three aspects,and put forward the path,mode and implementation mechanism of independent innovation.Based on resource-based theory and path-dependent theory,this paper studies the theoretical system driven by independent innovation of enterprises.It points out that there is contradiction and compatibility between resource-based theory and path-dependent theory.This paper studies the driving factors of enterprise independent innovation on the basis of two theoretical explanations and case.Refers to the resource-based theory,the artical discusses enterprise technology resources drivers of endogenous factors with innovation,enterprise human resources drivers of endogenous factors with innovation,corporate culture resources drivers of endogenous factors with innovation,enterprise social network resources drivers of endogenous factors with innovation,as well as enterprise technology introduction drivers of exogenous factors,enterprise strategic alliance drivers of exogenous factors,enterprises M&A drivers of exogenous factors,etc.Internal and external resources need to be managed and coordinated,and the Internal resources are critical factors.Drawing on the path dependence theory,the knowledge of expenditure path dependence determines the capability,direction and system framework of an enterprise,but it is contrary to the concept of independent innovation management.Therefore,although it is more or less subject to the path dependence in the enterprise's independent innovation management,it is necessary to get rid of the "path dependence".Enterprises need to reflect and try to form the path and mechanism of enterprise innovation management based on endogenous driving.In this paper,we reconstruct two key factors which are endogenous drivers of enterprise independent innovation:entrepreneurial innovation and enterprise innovation culture.Through the qualitative research process,exploratory factor analysis process,confirmatory factor analysis process,five dimensions of entrepreneurial innovation are identified:the sense of crisis and farsightedness,the value of innovation beyond and pursuit,the new model of proactive competition and experimentation,the sense of direction and vision of innovation,risk appetite and bold action.Besides,the six dimensions of corporate innovation culture are identified:customer orientation and innovation atmosphere,learning organization and knowledge management,humane management and employee empowerment,training and innovation cooperation,diversified participation in a variety of forms,taking risks and tolerating failure.Based on the constituent dimension of entrepreneurial innovation,entrepreneurs are divided into six groups:altruism transcendental entrepreneur,innovation deficient entrepreneur,innovation transcendent entrepreneur,visionary entrepreneur,broad-field entrepreneur,proactive exploration of novelty entrepreneur.Based on the compositional dimension of corporate innovation culture,enterprises are divided into seven groups:diversified participatory enterprises,enterprises that take risks and tolerate failures,develop development-oriented enterprises,customer-oriented innovative enterprises,employee-enabled enterprises,organize learning enterprises and the missing innovation enterprises.Empirical research on the two key endogenous drivers on the capability of independent innovation and on the mechanism of enterprise value creation shows that entrepreneurial spirit of innovation has a significant positive impact on the creation of corporate financial value and creation of non-financial value.The entrepreneurial spirit of innovation has a significant positive impact on the innovative strategy and innovative organization of the enterprise.The entrepreneurial spirit of innovation has a positive impact on the capability of independent innovation.The innovative strategy of the enterprise and the innovative organization completely mediates the effect of entrepreneurial spirit of innovation on the ability of independent innovation of the enterprise.The ability of independent innovation enterprises completely mediates entrepreneurial spirit of innovation for the creation of corporate financial value,partially mediates entrepreneurial spirit of innovation on the impact of non-financial value creation;the innovation of enterprise culture has a significant positive effect on the ability of independent innovation and enterprise value creation,the ability of independent innovation fully mediates the corporate culture of innovation on enterprise financial value creation,partially mediates enterprise innovation culture on enterprise non-financial value creation,innovation organization fully mediates the influence of different dimensions of innovative culture for the independent innovation,the influences of two dimensions of enterprise innovation culture—humanistic management and employee empowerment for the independent innovation are completely mediated by innovative strategy,innovative organization,innovative staff.But,the influences of the other dimensions of enterprise innovation culture for the independent innovation ability be mediated by innovative strategy,innovative organization,innovative staff are different.On the basis of empirical research,the endogenous driving system of enterprise independent innovation constructed in this paper includes thought subsystem,organization subsystem and employee subsystem.The thought subsystem mainly includes the entrepreneurship innovation,the enterprise innovation culture,the innovation system and the innovation strategy shaping;the organization subsy-stem mainly includes building the vitality small organization,the organization flat and the decentralization,the enterprise self-organization,creates the innovation platform and so on;Employee subsystems includes improving staff's sense of accomplishment,agiling iteration and mutual achievement,enhancing organizational wisdom,maximizing employee participation in decision-making,focusing on the growth of elite staff,"partner culture" to reduce the turnover rate,according to the situation to flexible treatment of KPI etc.On the basis of the endogenous drive system of independent innovation of enterprise,this paper further explores the path,mode and realization mechanism of independent innovation of enterprises,expounds the connotation and theoretical model of independent innovation path of enterprises and the strategic process and classification of independent innovation path of enterprises,puts forward the path of independent innovation realization in different stages of enterprise strategic development and the evolution strategy of enterprise independent innovation technology route,expounds the methods of allocating and integrating innovative resources and innovating the category markets,and proposes the methods of selecting the mode of independent innovation.From the perspectives of motivation mechanism,incentive mechanism,risk prevention mechanism and intellectual property protection mechanisms,this paper have built four aspects of enterprise independent innovation mechanism.
