| Innovative enterprise is a company which has strong international competitiveness,outstanding independent intellectual property rights and can rely on technological innovation to obtain market competitive advantages and sustainable development.Since the Ministry of Science and Technology,the National Federation of Trade Unions,the SASAC started this work in 2006,they have successively evaluated and named a number of national-level formal and pilot enterprises.In this context,in 2007,four ministries of Fujian Province also launched the cultivation and assessment of innovative enterprises,then assessed and identified eight batches of formal enterprises.According to the latest statistics available,the average amount of authorization in invention patents obtained by the eighth batch of innovative enterprises in Fujian is 3 pieces and the average sales revenue of new products(services)is $ 115 million,compared to the national innovation-oriented enterprises whose average amount of invention patent is 44 pieces and average sales revenue of new products(services)is $ 5.967 billion,the gap between them is noticeable.In recent years,although innovative enterprises in Fujian have made a certain achievements,there is still a large gap compared to standards of State-level innovative enterprise and advanced provinces.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of independent innovation and innovative performance level of independent innovation enterprises in Fujian,so that enterprise managers and government decision-makers can find out the weak links of independent innovation in enterprises,study and formulate relevant stimulus measures and then promote the development of innovative enterprises.Firstly,in this paper,the author summarizes the main practices and achievements of independent innovation of domestic and foreign innovative enterprises in order to clarify the current situation of the development of innovative enterprises.Secondly,the paper uses the method of principal component analysis and rapid clustering to classify and extract the influencing factors of independent innovation in innovative enterprises of Fujian,which makes preparation to build a scientific and rational indicator system for the following.Then,based on the view of four major innovative output in invention patents of enterprise,trademarks,standards and new products,a Stochastic Frontier Analysis Method(SFA)is used to analyze the seventh and eighth batch innovative enterprises of Fujian Province.Finally,the paper gives some appropriate countermeasures and suggestions according to the different output performance level of nine districts in Fujian,the elasticity of each influencing factor and the related basic theory.The empirical results show as following:In recent years,the independent innovation performance level of innovative enterprises in Fujian shows a slight growth,but the level of independent innovation performance of each region is seriously uneven,among which the overall situation of Quanzhou,Fuzhou and Xiamen are better among them.From the whole sample,the difference of performance level under different innovation output is very obvious.The out performance of the new products in the four major outputs is the largest,the patents is the second,the mark is the third and the output of the enterprise standard is the least.The influencing factors of innovation output of innovative enterprises in nine districts in Fujian are highly correlated with the level of regional economic development,among which the strength of R&D funding,R&D institutions and enterprise innovation culture have more obviously positive effect on the developed areas with high performance,such as Fuzhou,Xiamen and Quanzhou.;The strength of R&D personnel and the strength of R&D funding have more influence on the less developed areas with low level of performance.Overall,the promoting function of R&D funding is higher than other factors. |
