Research On Deepen Construction Of Tax Culture

Organizational culture as a modern organization and management theory and management, more and more managers are organized to accept and identify with it to enhance the performance of the organization and management, improve the quality of organization, and enhance internal cohesion and external competitiveness of the effectiveness of has been confirmed by practice. Based on this, the tax to the Inland Revenue into the cultural construction of human resources management, cultural orientation, cohesion, spur role in promoting and optimizing the tax human resources management, has become in recent years of innovation at all levels inside and outside the tax department of a useful management tool to try.Now,the construction of tax culture has been to the climax, many tax department has push out distinctive culture of tax, achieved some success. However, the tax culture is still in the initial stage, uneven development, how to further deepen tax cultural development of the tax system, make the tax culture play its role, all of these are the questions need the tax department to solve. In this paper, based on the current culture of domestic tax situation, to analyze the results and problems of recent tax culture, and analyze the successful experience of tax culture of National Taxation Bureau of Zaozhuang, to discuss efficient path of construction of tax culture, hope make some useful thing to construction of the tax culture.
