With the coming of the information age, traditional artificial management has restricted enterprise's development, enterprise management informationization must be enforced. We often say that man is the most active productive force, at the same time, man is the first resource of enterprise. The informationization of human resources management is one of the most important phrases in enterprise management informationization progress. E-HR's application, make the enterprise release from a lot of routine work, but the enterprise has been no more limited to efficient personnel information handling, it has an urge to have more value come from the using of e-HR. The e-HR with a view of strategic human resources management appeared on the scene.IT enterprises occupy the leading position of enterprise management informationization, the level of IT industry's informationization reflect a certain area's highest level. The human resource management of IT enterprise directly affects the project quality and service quality. Therefore, accelerate informationization of IT human resources have realistic significance in improving service quality and social informationization level. On the basis of 2007-2009's" IT enterprise human resources report of ZhongGuanCun", Chinese IT practitioners present the character of high-quality, high-pressure, high separation rate, promote younger staff, so e-HR should be much more targeted. Therefore according to the character of the IT practitioners, in light of the strategic human resources management theory, Chinese IT enterprise should design the new e-HR which is suitable for our Chinese IT practitioners, in order to bring out more value of human resources, promote Chinese informationization process. Because of our latter in Information Age, we are after the developed countries in some area such as technology, advanced management Idea, and so on.The essay is mainly about the research on application of e-HR in IT industry. First, divided the human resources management into routine work and strategic management, analyzed the application and exemplification of strategic human resources management idea in e-HR simply. Second, concluded the e-HR's application and characters of three famous companies of China, HuaWei, Neusoft and UFIDA. Third, analyzed IBM GDC HRS in depth elaborated the implementation of environment, main technology, and so on. Then drew Business Process Diagrams of nine important subsystems, included Recruitment, Training, Attendance Record, Performance appraisal, Promotion, Compensation, Vocation, Overtime, Writing off fee-for-service management. On the basis of that, the essay analyzed the subsystems with strategic human resources management idea one by one. Though the analysis of IBM GDC HRS, Chinese IT enterprise should draw inspiration from IBM GDC HRS, and pondered deeply in Chinese IT enterprise e-HR's extant questions. At last, improvement suggestions were put forward.There are several innovation points in the paper. Firstly, make comparisons of three famous IT enterprises'e-HR. Secondly, take research in IBM GDC HRS in depth, drew the BPD of nine important subsystems of IBM GDC HRS, and analyzed the strategic human resources management idea in subsystems in depth. Thirdly, combined IBM GDC HRS enlightenment with Chinese IT enterprise e-HR extant questions, make the recommendations to Chinese IT enterprise.The essay use the script language, take IBM GDC HRS as an Example, analyzed the subsystems BPD in depth, but less research in the implementation of environment, main technology. And in addition, the recommendations were based on three large-scale enterprise of Chinese IT industry, maybe tend to induce generalization of Chinese IT enterprise e-HR, the recommendations need to be improved in future.
