On the basis of 2007-2009's" IT enterprise human resources report of ZhongGuanCun", Chinese IT practitioners present the character of high-quality, high-pressure, high separation rate, promote younger staff, so e-HR should be much more targeted. Therefore according to the character of the IT practitioners, in light of the strategic human resources management theory, Chinese IT enterprise should design the new e-HR which is suitable for our Chinese IT practitioners, in order to bring out more value of human resources, promote Chinese informationization process. Because of our latter in Information Age, we are after the developed countries in some area such as technology, advanced management Idea, and so on.The essay is mainly about the research on application of e-HR in IT industry. First, divided the human resources management into routine work and strategic management, analyzed the application and exemplification of strategic human resources management idea in e-HR simply. Second, concluded the e-HR's application and characters of three famous companies of China, HuaWei, Neusoft and UFIDA. Third, analyzed IBM GDC HRS in depth elaborated the implementation of environment, main technology, and so on. Then drew Business Process Diagrams of nine important subsystems, included Recruitment, Training, Attendance Record, Performance appraisal, Promotion, Compensation, Vocation, Overtime, Writing off fee-for-service management. On the basis of that, the essay analyzed the subsystems with strategic human resources management idea one by one. Though the analysis of IBM GDC HRS, Chinese IT enterprise should draw inspiration from IBM GDC HRS, and pondered deeply in Chinese IT enterprise e-HR's extant questions. At last, improvement suggestions were put forward.There are several innovation points in the paper. Firstly, make comparisons of three famous IT enterprises'e-HR.
