Since the reform and opening up, China's agriculture and rural economy has made rapid development, agriculture-related enterprises in the agriculture and rural economy have become increasingly prominent. However, the level of agro-enterprise management needs to be further improved, especially in agriculture-related SMEs in non-normal flow of knowledge-based employee is increasingly prominent, and therefore need to establish a scientific and rational human resource strategy to improve agriculture-related SMEs in knowledge-based employee reasonable flow.Agriculture-related SMEs, due to lack of human resources strategic planning; the lack of long-term effective incentive and restraint mechanisms; new welfare policy is reasonable remuneration; lack of training and development opportunities; hidden Intellectual Property Protection in agribusiness; agriculture-related enterprises for human malignant competition, agriculture-related small and medium causes the normal flow of knowledge-based employee have non-issue. Knowledge of agriculture- related small and medium enterprises as high staff turnover, the flow of talent has become trade secrets, know the loss of the main channel of agriculture- related SMEs caused great losses.Wu Shunhua of the duck industry in Hunan clinical management of knowledge-based employee as a case, its effective management of human resources analysis, and human resource management theory and talent flow theory as the theoretical basis of agriculture-related SMEs put forward to promote the normal flow of knowledge-based employee response, first, do a good job of corporate human resources planning; second is to establish a people-oriented corporate culture; third is to develop and improve the laws and regulations regulate the flow of talent; Fourth, for the talent "personalized treatment package"; Fifth, the establishment of agriculture- related SME Union, the establishment of industry talent competition mechanism to promote the continuous development of agriculture-related small and medium enterprises.
