Research On The Development Strategy Of SMEs Under The New Economic Normal

Small and medium-sized enterprises,which are an important part of the national economy,are the main body of the market economy.The reform and development of small and medium-sized enterprises are becoming an important factor to promote the healthy and stable development of our economy.However,in recent years,China's economy has shown a “new normal” one,from high-speed growth to middle-high-speed growth,from factor-driven,investment-driven to innovation-driven,with the economic structure optimized and upgrading.Small and medium-sized enterprises are under the gradual circumstance that increased pressure,small capital,small scale difficult are thrust upon them,seriously affecting the development of enterprises.If enterprises want a healthy and rapid development under the new economic situation,they must continue to adapt to the requirements of the new trend to ensure that enterprises can meet the needs of the market economy.The direction of development should be determined according to market,and strategy plan is supposed to be made in terms of specific requirements.Small and medium-sized enterprises should keep up with the structural adjustment of national industry,and gain access to more support from national policies,to ensure that enterprises get improved efficiency in the development process.This paper first introduces the background and characteristics of the economic “new normal”.The background and significance of the topic is thus put forward in the consideration of the poor competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises.Secondly,it elaborates the research process,development characteristics and inspiration of the development strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad,and puts forward the new ideas of development strategy.Then this paper takes the Jinan BaiLin Chemical Co.,Ltd.as an example,through the necessity of researching its development situation,to make the SWOT analysis of this company.Finally,the author puts forward the new ideas of the development strategy,which is divided into the bottleneck strategy,the government support strategy,the enterprise financing,the human resource strategy,the technology innovation strategy and the harmonious culture strategy.Small and medium enterprises are bound to adapt to the new trend,with reasonable adjustment of economic structure,in which condition I believe,in the “new normal” economic situation,they will certainly achieve splendid development.
