This will be the background of government policy support SME financing programs into the design of the Trust, in-depth analysis of the characteristics and advantages of the program and program elements to its trust, transaction structure, the implementation of other aspects in detail. In addition, the article is also fully accounted the risk of financing for SMEs. It will be matched with the programs of the Trust's specific risk control measures, to effectively control implement risk of the program, to enhance investor confidence and thus facilitate the program for further stability implement and development.
