Study Of Weinan City, Urban And Rural Integration

With the rapid development of economy in the country, the gap between urban and rural areas is growing. How to solve the gradually increasing imbalance of dual economic structure, to reverse the gap between the workers and peasants, the urban-rural areas, the different regions, to accelerate the development of rural economy is a difficult problem in the current development of regional economic. The integration of urban and rural areas is cater to this trend, promoting coordinated development between urban and rural areas, to eliminate the urban-rural dual structure, is the important strategic measure of the well-off society and the modernizationAt present, the research on the integration of urban and rural areas, is mainly in the theory, background, motivation mechanism etc, but how to implementation aspect in specific is still in exploration stage. According to different economic and cultural conditions in various areas consider to explore the development path of the urban and rural for itself. At present, Weinan city and countryside's integration construction has made some achievements, initially formed urban-rural integration development model with local characteristics. Weinan's urbanization develop very soon, but in the course of development also appears many problems, such as the land-lost farmers'compensation with obtain employment, industrial layout etc. These have severely restricted the advance of the urban and rural integration course. Therefore, the study of urban and rural integration practice process in Weinan has become an important significance in theory and practice.This paper's research method is mainly consist of the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods. In a deeper level of urban-rural integration, it discusses whether counsellorship can break through their own limitations and really towards the integration relationship between urban and rural areas or not. To form the development of urban and rural integration pattern in Weinan, we should start from the following aspects:population development and the level of urbanization, industrial development and layout planning, resource protection and utilization and space control, major infrastructure and social services facilities planning, the construction and protection of ecological environment, to put forward a corresponding integrated development strategy to form a well-developed infrastructure and more comprehensive network of social services facilities in urban and rural. Through referencing some relevant research results at home and abroad, the paper forward some preliminary countermeasures and suggestions in the integration process in Weinan.
