Marxism Urban-rural Relationship Under The Perspective Of Urban And Rural Integration Research With Lvliang City As An Example

This paper first elaborates the concept of urban-rural integration from the perspective of urban,rural and urban-rural relations: First,the perspective of urban development and evolution: from the form of "building fortification" to the emergence of trade union form,from the weaker industrial city to the increasingly bustling capitalist big industrial city,urban and rural opposition between the unity of the gradual occupation of the central position of society,and the country slowly lost its core position.Marx and Engels pointed out that the ultimate goal of the communist society is to abolish the old division of labor,the abolition of private ownership and the elimination of class antagonism,rural contradictions and confrontation urban areas will be eliminated,the full realization of urban and rural integration.Second,the perspective of social division of labor.Attach importance to the basic status of agriculture and rural areas,give full play to promote the process of urbanization,the role of urban radiation in rural areas,detailing the contradictions of urban and rural areas,urban and rural development trends and the realization of urban and rural integration goals objective and practical possibilities the idea of the relationship between urban and rural Marx and Engels is expounded.The second is to explore the current situation of urban and rural development in China under the guidance of Marx and Engels’ ideology of urban-rural relationship: a series of achievements and existing problems such as urban and rural residents from the connotation and evolution of urban and rural integration,income gap increases,urban and rural residents consumption gap,urban and rural resources,such as a serious imbalance.Second,the analysis of the causes of imbalance in the development of urban and rural areas in China: mainly including history,system,concept,institutional policy,human capital and other reasons,many reasons caused by industrial and agricultural differences,the lack of overall planning,urban and rural development practical ability.Then,this paper discusses the meaning and characteristics of the integration of urban and rural development,and further proposes to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,promote the transformation of urban and rural areas,realize the development of urban and rural integration,establish a socialist market economy under the harmonious relationship between urban and rural areas,and promote the development of urban and rural benign interaction.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the urban and rural dual economic structure in Lvliang city,and points out that the gap between urban and rural development in Lvliang city is very large,which summarizes the favorable development of urban and rural integration in Lvliang city conditions and constraints: the leaders at all levels attach great importance to the steady increase in urban and rural incomes and Lvliang city,the low level of urbanization,urban and rural gap,and finally proposed to promote the integration of urban and rural economic development countermeasures to accelerate the development of new rural construction,urbanization,institutional innovation,the elimination of institutional barriers to "enterprise + farmers" model to promote the integration of urban and rural development,strengthen the integration of urban and rural public services,urban and rural employment and social security projects to promote the integration of ecological environment construction efforts to take the road of sustainable development.To solve the Lvliang city as the focus,to eliminate the dual structure of urban and rural development as the starting point,combined with the status of urban and rural economic and social development,urban and rural areas of Lvliang comprehensive analysis and evaluation,put forward targeted recommendations,a strong solution to the " farmers " problem.It is of great theoretical and practical value to realize the industrial and agricultural relations and urban-rural relations in Lvliang city.The research on the development of urban and rural economic integration in Lvliang city is the prerequisite for promoting the sustainable development of Lvliang city.It is the inevitable requirement of building a well-off society in Lvliang city.
