Urban-rural division of the dual economic and social management system led to China's urban and rural dual economic structure,urban and rural dual social structure characteristics,between urban and rural areas is not only in medical insurance,social security,education,infrastructure and other basic residents welfare benefits formed a huge difference,long-term implementation of the household registration system,labor employment system,tax and fee system in urban and rural residents income gap is more and more big,become China's economic sustainable development and an important hidden trouble of social stability,and to solve these problems is the key to promote the integration of urban and rural development,and the implementation of the national urban and rural integration depends on the realization of the integration of urban and rural regions.Based on yantai zhaoyuan city of shandong province as an example,this paper studies the integration of urban and rural development situation of zhaoyuan,problems and solutions.Based on literature on the basis of fully discussed,further analysis of the current situation of zhaoyuan city and countryside integration development,we find that:zhaoyuan economic scale,economic growth is in the leading level of the whole province and even the whole country,per capita disposable income levels and growth showed a trend of rising;The construction of social security in the city of zhaoyuan has achieved good results,and the social welfare and rescue work has been carried out in an in-depth manner,and various social security systems have been continuously improved.The per capita residence area of urban and rural residents,entertainment and cultural construction and information realization have been improved.The urban and rural infrastructure facilities have been continuously improved,and investment in the ecological environment has been increasing.According to the current development situation of urban and rural integration in Zhaoyuan,we can see that the second industry has been the leading industry and pillar industry of Zhaoyuan's economic development in recent years,and has promoted the steady growth of GDP in Zhaoyuan.Therefore.in the future of Zhaoyuan City,the integration of urban and rural construction,should continue to adhere to the industrialization drive the development of other industries,through the development of gold industry,encourage tire and auto parts industry,food processing industry and strategic emerging industries,to attract and solve the employment problem of rural surplus labor force,promote the development of catering,entertainment and other industries three and to realize the benign interaction between the industry,provide a solid material foundation for the integration of urban and rural construction in Zhaoyuan city.Finally,we conclude that the integration of urban and rural development in Zhaoyuan city should adopt the following path:according to the characteristics in urban and rural areas of Zhaoyuan City,the development of scientific development planning;innovation of urban and rural integration development concept,to achieve a balanced development of urban and rural development;adhere to industrialization leading development pattern,the establishment of the gold industry clusters;attach importance to the development of the rural economy,increasing farmers' income;improve the public infrastructure construction,improve the welfare level of urban and rural residents.
