| The research object of this paper is the urban and rural life integration level of shaanxi province and the pattern choice. According to the correlation analysis, the paper finds out the patterns which promote the further development of urban and rural life integration of shaanxi province. The main content of this article are the theoretical overview and mode analysis of urban and rural life integration at home and abroad, and the current situation about the urban and rural life integration level of shaanxi province, and the factors which the system integration of urban and rural life of shaanxi province, and the model which evaluates the integration of urban and rural life level of shaanxi province, and drawing out the policy recommendations to promote the integration of urban and rural life of shaanxi province. This paper adopted empirical analysis, theory research, comparison analysis, system analysis, quantitative analysis and method qualitative analysis. The specific methods are literature review method, chart analysis method, case analysis, cluster analysis and factor analysis.The results and conclusions of this paper:The overall situation of shaanxi province is good, the urban and rural life integration level is improved, but there is certain difference, especially resources abundant area where urban and rural life improved markedly, but there is serious difference about cultural level, education quality, life concept and the concept of legal system; Then, the level of agricultural industrialization is low, the professional technology level of rural labors is low, and the overall advantage of village remains to be developed; Last, the Urbanization speed is slow, the population mobility mechanism is unsound, and the relevant system is not perfected, especially the social security system. As a result, this paper argues that shaanxi province should be scientific planning, training and playing "rural, farmers, agriculture" advantage, accelerating the urbanization rate, and making the relevant laws and regulations perfect when promoting the integration of urban and rural life process. And shaanxi province should provide necessary guarantee to realize the integration of urban and rural life. |
