Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Urban-Rural Integration In China

Implement the strategy of urban and rural integration development is the needs of our country the comprehensive construction well-off society and coordinated development of urban and rural economy and the construction of socialist new countryside.The 18 th people's congress of the party explicitly pointed out that the basic way to solve the "three rural problems" is the integration of urban and rural areas.From the regular of social development and the experience of developed countries,the general trend about the relationship between urban and rural areas of our country is urban-rural integration and promoting the integration of urban and rural areas.In this paper,the author from the perspective of empirical use the method of reliability analysis to measure the reliability about the selected indexes for the integration urban and rural areas in our country at all levels of evaluation.And the evaluation indexes system made in this paper mainly made up by 5 core indicators and 17 level indexes and 34 basic indexes.In this paper,we find the overall development characteristics about all regions by analyzing the annual index data from the year 2008 to 2015 which from the 31 provinces and nationwide,using these data by the doubled factor analysis method to confirmand analyze the numerical value of 5 core indicators and the index level about the integration of urban and rural areas in China.Based on the results of the doubled factor analysis method,the author by panel data analysis method verified the reliability,scientific and universal applicability of the evaluation index system about the integration of urban and rural areas.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,in this part mainly describes the background and significance of this paper,the research contents and methods as well as the focus.Then the part reviews the findings of the meaning of urban-rural integration development and the evaluation index system about urban-rural integration development at home and abroad,and defined the related concepts,this laid the theoretical foundation for this paper.The second part is the evaluation index system of China's urban and rural integration and its problems.Firstly,introduced the mainstream status of evaluation index system of urban-rural integration in our country,comprehensively analysis the method,model of frame structure and the core index expression form,and based on these analyzed its main problems,and clearly directing for the further research.Part third constructs the evaluation index system of urban-rural integration in our country.Firstly,based on indexes selection principle and the connotation of the integration of urban and rural areas,the author established the indicators of the evaluation index system of urban and rural integration.In this paper,the author uses the reliability analysis method to ensure the reliability and the scientific of the selected indicators.Secondly,the meanings which about the basic indicators of the evaluation index system of urban and rural integration in our country have been interpreted.Meantime,the indexes of properties have been marked in the table.Finally,the author builds the index system of the regional difference of urban and rural integration development model in China.The IV part is the theory of the evaluation index of data processing and analysis methods.First of all,this paper introduces the methods of index data processing and determines the index data processing methods.And then,this paper introduces the analysis methods about each index which measure the evaluation index system of urban and rural integration in our country,and introduces the analysis methods and operating principles about the model built in this paper to prepare theoretical methods for the next step of the empirical analysis.Part fifth is the empirical analysis about evaluation index system of urban and rural integration model in our country.Based on researching basic theory,firstly,analyzing the development characteristics of Urban and rural integration,the integration of urban and rural economic index,the integration of urban and rural social index,the index of the integration of urban and rural population,the urban and rural integration of science and technology and the integration of urban and rural ecological index.Secondly,analyzing the relationship between the urban-rural integration index and the index changes trend,and the results showed that evaluation index system of urban and rural integration model in our country established in this paper is in line with the actual development of urban-rural integration in China.Secondly,based on the results of factor analysis,this paper builds the model by panel data analysis and analyzes the results of the model to verify the reliability,scientific and universal applicability of the evaluation index system of urban and rural integration in our country built in this paper.The focus of this article is to the existing evaluation index system of urban and rural integration of relevant theories,combined with the index data analysis results,to construct the evaluation index system of urban and rural integration model,and using factor analysis and panel data analysis to 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government in mainland China the relevant index data analysis software running,the operation result analysis and comparison to verify the practicability of the evaluation index system of urban and rural integration in our country and the applicability of the model.The difficulty is the empirical analysis to our country urban and rural integration index data of the reconstruction of the evaluation index system and the corresponding.The innovation of this article is for the first time to index into the evaluation index system of science and technology,with the reliability analysis method to determine index to determine the evaluation index system of urban-rural integration in our country which made in this paper,and selecting science and technology as the core level indexes into the evaluation index system,which makes the indexes system is more scientific,and using the panel data analysis to verify the general applicability of evaluation index system of urban and rural integration model in our country.
