Study About Capital Center Model Of Investment Promotion Industry

The world economy has become openly in modern. The main link closing to the modern world as a whole is international flows of capital, in which different countries and regions have adopted various means to attract investment. These acts, coupled with cross-country, cross-economic patterns, cross-cultural communication and communication are the investment promotion. With the development of investment promotion, capital center began to appear in recent years. As a new model, capital center can take full advantage of agglomeration and long tail effects to build platform of funds, projects docking and SME financing for promote investment. Whether the model of capital centre can service for investment promotion or not, and how to build capital center will be the main study subjects.This study has five chapters.Chapter One briefly explains the thesis background, research target and its significance.Chapter Two reviews the development of the investment promotion work, discusses the Long Tail theory and congregation effect, and provides basic knowledge for following topics.Chapter Three introduces Beijing's investment promotion work and the challenges it faces. It points out that the way of meeting the challenges is to establish the capital center.Chapter Four puts forward the specific plan and design for the strategy of the center establishment by analyzing the PEST and SWOT models of the capital center. It also predicts the effect the capital center might reach in meeting the challenges.Chapter Five summarizes the research purpose of the thesis and looks forward the development trend of the investment promotion work.
