In recent years,Farming-Supermarket docking has been one of the most popular agricultural product circulation pattern,which is the latest production of agricultural products supply chain management.It helps to build efficient chain among merchants,farmers and consumers.The international experience and the rise of big supermarket chains and the development of farmers' professional co-operatives promote the development of Farming-Supermarket docking.In order to improve the urban function layout and the rural consumption market development,it is necessary to study the Agricultural Product Logistics in Small-medium Cities.Combined with the practice of small and medium-sized cities and the study of literature,this paper summarized the current farmers and development model.Due to the city scale and the demand,this paper put forward that Distribution of cloud platform is the best way to solve the current small-medium cities backward logistics management concepts and the lack of effective cooperation.This paper researched on the logistics node layout and distribution platform for logistics resource allocation and distribution platform network structure and process in details.Considered of the benefits and the need of the customers,a Programming Location Model was established with an upper programming for seeking the minimum total cost in distribution and a lower programming for achieving the maximum satisfaction in township chain store's time concern.Branch and Bound Method is applied to seize the best option to achieve the goal.Case study proved the validity of the models.Finally,this paper used Branch and Bound Method and Paticle Swarm Optimization to solve the distribution optimization model,which effectively improve the calculation efficiency.
