Study On Investment Promotion And Capital Introduction Model Of Wu’an Bonded Logistics Center

The National Steel Logistics trend has strengthened into the accelerated transition period.Iron and steel industry is gradually transferred to the terminal market. The competitive focus has shifted to the resource allocation capabilities. To combine the steel industry and logistics industries and cultivate new growth points are the new engines of Hebei steel industry upgrading.As China’s steel province, Hebei exists steel localization and presence in the field of logistics problems.to make up logistics capability is the way to solve the Hebei Iron and Steel bottlenecks. In 2014, authorized by the State Council,the General Administration of Customs, Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation and the Joint Administration of Foreign Exchange approval, Hebei will usher in the first bonded logistics center- Hebei Wu’an Bonded Logistics Center. Its establishment will extend over a greater range of functions of bonded logistics center, adapt to the integrated development of Beijing, Tianjin, and make Wu’an modernization bonded logistics center and steel supply chain TPL gathering centers and headquarters base. To Wu’an bonded logistics center, how to achieve investment and attract enterprises to enter is a problem to be considered.After summarizing the results of previous research, based on the Wu’an bonded logistics center, this article studies Wu’an bonded logistics center investment model. It uses the SWOT analysis method to Wu’an investment environment analysis including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and by adopting the idea of system analysis puts forward feasible investment strategy plan. Builds the evaluation index system of investment promotion and capital introduction, and uses AHP method to establish evaluation index weight. Then uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate investment scheme, according to the reality it puts forward the model of investment promotion and capital introduction of Wu’an bonded logistics center(S-I model). And analyses the applicability of the investment mode of Wu’an bonded logistics center market analysis. Finally, it puts forward the model of Wu’an bonded logistics center investment promotion of the implementation of the strategy, including hardware infrastructure construction, investment soft environment construction, the investment project management and safeguard measures from four aspects, for Wu’an bonded logistics center in the specific investment.
