Multi-project Resources Management Research In Survey And Design Enterprise

When tasks have the characteristics of projects, more and more enterprises are facing challenge of multi-project management, which has been the focus among researches on project management. In multi-project circumstance, the share and competition on resources such as capital, facility and human resource often occur. The optimization of resource allocation in multi-project is the core question.The paper focuses on the problem of resources in a multi-project environment and is carried out based on analyzing relevant researches. The main work and conclusion include as follows:(1) Aiming at the request of resources allocation in multi-project on organization structure, by adjusting the tradition function organization structure to the matrix organization structure, which helps allocate resources in multi-project.(2) Aiming at the problem of key-resource is constrained at multi-project resources allocation, by dividing the project to packeg, and allocate different work packeg to different resource. The key-resource can be shared by more project.(3) The of resource allocation is decided by the multi-project's priority. The paper presents the affecting factors of the evaluation of project's priority, and the index system is built up. Finally, the Fuzzy evaluation method is used to quantitatively evaluate the priority.The idea and exploration are Developments to Related research fields and also makes the model for the enterprise multi-projects conflict management.
