Research On The Application Of The Project Progress Management And Communication Management During The Cross Functional Collaboration In The Dcms

In the daily work of Telecom industry, Several functional departments will be involved jointly in the Channel Management System, include Marketing, business supporting, investment and third party partners. The application of Project Management is very complicate and important during the cross functional collaboration in the development of the channel management system. During the system development phase, the involvement of functionality and departments are wild: the business administrative from marketing department, the requirement confirmation from supporting department, the deployment and feedback from sub corporate, and the development and execution from third party partners. Those departments should coordinate closely and spare no efforts implement the project progress management and communication management through the different project stage which include requirement gathering, requirement communication and confirm, submit to development, development progress, deployment and suggestion feedback.There are two aspect works included in this thesis:The first, the theoretically research was developed on the system of business production. The methodology of progress management and communication management on the cross functionality collaboration projects was proposed based on the absorption and summary on the consolidated project management method and real cases. Secondly, The psychology characters and culture influence of different subject experts was studied in this paper. Under the globalization background, The project management model and method for the current type enterprise with diversify culture was discussed through rising a model of time management schema and communication model.
