With the development of economic globalization and diversification,as well as the opportunity of Industry 4.0,China's sensor industry has also entered a golden period and has achieved rapid development.Sensor related projects have also grown rapidly.More and more companies are beginning to apply project management knowledge for small and medium-sized sensor projects for project management.However,in the implementation process,communication management is often overlooked.Communication management is just a very important part of project management and is crucial to the success of the project.The object of this article is the Z company,a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in the sensor industry.One of its main products is the automatic identification system used in the logistics industry.The project management of such system projects is not smooth,and the three goals are often not completed on time.Through further analysis of brainstorming and data comparison analysis,it was found that due to poor communication,the project encountered many problems in the implementation process and could not be implemented smoothly,resulting in problems such as impaired company interests and customer dissatisfaction.Delphi method,fishbone diagram and questionnaire are used to identify and analyze the main problems existing in Z company's project communication management,and analyze these problems in depth,through the combination of project communication management process theory and company project and communication management.The actual situation seeks solutions to the current major contradictions.Through WBS,flow chart,matrix analysis,stakeholder list and comparison chart,how to improve communication management is studied,and the main improvement directions are as follows: improvement and adjustment of organizational structure and process,and stakeholders' Strengthen management,improve and improve cross-cultural communication and strengthen the use of project management communication measures and programs to improve communication management among project team members and with external customers and suppliers,and improve communication efficiency.At the same time,the solutions derived from these analyses were implemented into actual work projects.After a certain period of implementation,these measures and methods are examined through specific management practices: optimizing organizational structure and process improvement,strengthening stakeholders' management,cross-cultural management,and improving communication methods.It has effectively improved communication management and effectively improved the three major goals of the project.Finally,it analyzes further optimization of communication management in the future,including building a quality assessment system,conducting conflict management,establishing an internal information communication platform,and providing constructive suggestions for the subsequent improvement of communication management.
