In recent years,the promotion of corporate culture in the form of large-scale cultural activities has been adopted by more and more companies.In order to achieve the goals of expected activities and achieve the value of activities,many companies regard large-scale cultural events as projects and adopt effective management methods and methods of project management.Due to the large number of participants in large-scale cultural activities,the complexity of project coordination and management has been increased,which has brought greater challenges to project schedule management.This paper analyzes the impact of the project’s schedule management on the J company’s IPD cultural activity program,focusing on the development of the schedule for the IPD cultural activity project,the coordination of schedules under multiple resource constraints,and the multi-party communication around schedule control during project implementation Ways and channels to build.The paper follows the overall logical structure of asking questions analyzing problems and solving problems.First of all,it introduces the basic situation of J company and describes the project background of the IPD cultural activities project,clearly defined the project basis and then through the relevant theories of project schedule management,communication management,etc.Combining the actual diagrams and data of the project,the current status of the project’s progress management and communication management is explained and the major problems existing in the project are analyzed.Secondly,based on these analyses,a problem-oriented plan was developed to consider the resource constraints.Finally,the multi-party communication methods and channels surrounding progress control in project implementation were proposed.The research work of the dissertation will help improve the management level of J Company’s cultural activities and have certain reference value for similar companies. |
