PA (performance appraisal) system is one of six big human-resource modules, its purpose is to assure the past performance and improve performance in the future according to an effective appraisal system.The traditional PA is only kept the layer of performance examination, but the modern performance-management system focus on improving-achievement in the future. This change makes emphases of modern performance-management to transfer. The system efficiency becomes the new stress which HR people pay attention to. An effective PA-management includes scientific and reasonable appraisal-standard, measure to salary,benefit, rewards,punishment according to appraisal results. The pure PA makes PA-management only focus on the past work, more attention to the future performance in PA-management makes insight transfer.Today our government gives more and more help and establishes a lot of beneficial policy to advanced-technic corporations which receive good environment and chance in developing. Researchers who work on technique innovation play important parts in these corporations and their work-achievement affect directly the efficiency and competition of corporations, so how using the PA-system inspires researchers is the stress of PA and also this article's.The requirement of system development comes from function department in Aisino Corporation which is a big advanced-technique domestic corporation. This corporation which gets technique, skill, and trade together has modern corporation-management mechanism. The branch system of PA is a part of human-source system and need apply to all kinds of appraisal ways. Its action which is effective and beneficial in making PA standard, appraisal, handling-results is relative to salary system.The PA-system which is in the prophase of requirement-analysis and design now collects operation requirement which comes from 3 filiales and 43 subsidiary companies. Project team who is working on design and implement of this system now makes this system in use with terminal consumer.
