| Along with the unceasing consummation of socialist market economy, the commodity inspection body has become the indispensable service organization of social economy and trade. To improve the quality management level continually, operate effectively the quality management system, improve the work quality unceasingly, guarantee the accuracy of inspection and survey result, can commodity inspection body gain society and customer's trust and healthy development in intense market competition.This article studies the theory of quality management, quality improvement and the quality management system with the practice of system operation in CCIC Jiangsu Co., and utilizes the PDCA theory of circulation to research the key affective factors for improving the quality management system in the commodity inspection body and proposes quality improvement measures.
