Research On Improving Design For The Management System Of Ningxia Product Quality Supervision And Inspection Institute

In order to adapt to the needs of market economic development after the WTO Accession, the management level of the inspecting agencies in our country must be improved immediately for the better service to the economic construction. Ningxia supervision and inspection institute on the production's qualities is an object to study. To put forward an effective improvement on quality management system, this thesis analyzed the environment within and outside institute, compared and learned successful management of the related institutes.It is based on the management and development of the institute, analyzing the history and present condition of the institute, and it is presenting the problems and its influence on ideas, organizations, faculties, business processes, and quality management systems. The lab management system recognized internationally and the international standards will be operated normally. According to the principles of resource optimization, market- oriented reforms, services to the local economy, to improve its quality management systems, it analyzed the problems, put forward suggestions and aimed at its continuous improvement.
