Nanjing Residential Market Demand Analysis And Countermeasures

With great development, the real estate market in Nanjing City reveals many problems, such as over-rapid growth of housing price, unreasonable house supply distribution. Supply and demand are two basic elements of affecting current Nanjing housing market and the latter plays a great role in it.Therefore, it is positive to research and regulate housing demand for building a healthy housing market in Nanjing. This paper is to summarize the research on housing demand home and abroad and defining related concepts firstly.And then based on the analysis of current housing demand in Nanjing, make quantitative analysis on current Nanjing housing demand situation by using the Method of Grey Interrelation Analysis and make quantitative forecast based on Regression Analysis Method. And finally make proposals to promote a healthy development of Nanjing housing market by regulating the housing market needs.
