Zhuzhou Smelter Group Zinc Electrolysis Plant Lean Manufacturing

In today's fierce market competition environment, to remain invincible place in the market, the enterprises must reduce cost and waste, and improve work efficiency, quality of product, the inadequacy, and work environment. Meanwhile, the level of business management affects the cost and quality of product, and the enterprises'adaption and competition ability in the market directly.Aiming at the practical situation of the excessive level of the unit consumption of direct current, and the uncontrollability of the quality of exhalation zinc in the Zinc Electrolysis Factory of Zhuzhou Smelter Group, utilizing the theory of lean production management, this paper puts forward a set of lean production mode to improve the current mode of production and management in the Zinc Electrolysis Factory. Firstly, it elaborates the background and significance of the subject, and introduces the theoretical contents of lean production mode systematically, including the origin, basic concepts, and advantages of lean production mode; and elaborates the features of lean production management methods from tie following several aspects:punctual production, comprehensive quality management, "5S" management, and team execution of work. Then, according to the practical situation of the Zinc Electrolysis Factory, it analyzes the current production management of the Zinc Electrolysis Factory systematically, and points out the existing problems in the following five aspects:the organization plan of production, quality management, field control, operation guidance, and equipment management, especially the existing inadequacy of the aspects that affect the unit consumption of direct current, and the uncontrollability of the quality of exhalation zinc. Meanwhile, following the guidance of the core ideas of lean production mode, utilizing the basic theories, methods, and management tools of lean production mode, it put forwards the solution program from the following five aspects:the organization plan of production, quality management, field control, operation guidance, and equipment management. In succession, it discusses the promoting guarantee measures of the lean production mode in the Zinc Electrolysis Factory, including the establishing the organization of promoting lean production, completing learning organization, carrying out happy execution of work; and it also sets up the index evaluation system of the lean production mode, and evaluates the effects of implementing the lean production mode. Finally, it summarizes the full text and concludes that the lean production mode is applicable for the Zinc Electrolysis Factory. By adopting the lean production mode, to reduce the unit consumption of direct current, and the production cost of exhalation zinc, and to improve the quality of exhalation zinc can be realized.
