Research On The Exit Of Relationship Leding For Small Enterprises Of City Commercial Banks

City commercial banks are important parts of the banking system in China. In the increasingly competitive market, in order to achieve their sustainable development, city commercial banks need to find new growth points of profit and develop new markets. Relationship lending of small business is not only an effective means of financing to alleviate the plight of small enterprises, but also more important source of profits for city commercial banks. Developing relationship lending is significant to small businesses.At present, the quality of relationship lending from city commercial banks to small businesses is low, which is a serious threat to the safety of credit assets from city commercial banks. Loan exit is an important way to reduce non-performing loans and a powerful tool for risk prevention. Therefore, the study of relationship lending from city commercial banks to small business is of great significance.This article elaborated the theoretical basis of city commercial banks developing relationship lending to small business and explored the significance and necessity of city commercial banks developing relationship lending to small business. Through the analysis of the development of relationship lending to small business, this article generalized the shortcomings of exit of small business relationship lending and problems for city commercial banks to implement loan exit. How to determine the object of loan exit is a serious problem for city commercial banks. This paper made comprehensive status assessment of small business by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and provided a means of identifying target. In this paper, the model of loan exit was investigated. In addition, the article proposed policy recommendations on how to strengthen loan exit for relationship lending from city commercial banks to small business.
