| Driven by the concept of traditional supply chain management, the business enterprises are all in the pursuit of maximizing their economic interests. However, confronted with the crises of the growing resource shortages and continued deterioration of the environment, the conflict between the development of enterprises and the natural environment has become increasingly prominent. How to balance between the development of the economic interests of enterprises, environmental benefits and social benefits is an urgent problem needed to be solved. Therefore, green supply chain management came into being, and is considered an important business approach to achieve sustainable development. In the green supply chain management, it is an important part to choose the right supply chain partners, especially choose the suppliers with sustainable development strategy. Because the supplier, as an upstream business of the green supply chain, can pass the role of environmental protection and cost savings onto the downstream through the supply chain, and play a key role in the implementation of the green supply chain management.In this paper, we choose the core manufacturing enterprise, and its primary suppliers directly linked to itself for the study, and we are focused on the vendor evaluation and selection in the context of green supply chain management. According to the connotation of green supply chain, a supplier evaluation index system is built in the context of green supply chain management, from five aspects such as quality and service levels, cost, enterprise development, corporate credibility degree and enterprise green degree. Seven sub-indicators of environmental protection about the evaluation of enterprise green degree are incorporated the evaluation index system, based on the traditional economic indicators. Then with an effective evaluation method combined method AHP and FCE, a comprehensive evaluation and selection of suppliers is arranged, and provides a practical guide for the enterprises exploring the way of supply chain management, thus can help to balance between the economic efficiency of enterprises, environmental benefits and social purposes. |
