The Evaluation Of Vendor Supplying Automobile’s Parts In Green Supply Chain

Nowadays, increasingly importance has been attached to the phenomenon such as environmental pollution and resource wastes, governments have promulgated many policies which related to the environmental protection. At the same time, the concept of green consumption is accepted by consumers gradually, as well as the "green barrier" make enterprises not only face the fierce competition in the field, but also face the enormous pressure of external environment. In order to make the enterprises considerate the environmental benefits while achieving the pursuit of their economic benefits, the traditional supply chain management alter to the green supply chain management should be imperative. How to build a comprehensive supplier evaluation index system is the prerequisite for green supply chain management, so this article mainly discusses this problem.At first, the article depicted the connotation of the green supply chain to analyze its difference between the traditional supply chain management, on the basis of the theory put forward the green supply chain supplier evaluation and selection problem. Then, this paper, on one hand, study the characteristics and the process of the green supplier evaluation, on the other hand, analyses and discusses the current auto industry supplier selection evaluation situation and their characteristic. So that enterprises adopting green supply chain management is a trend of development and the necessity of implementing green supplier evaluation. Above all, the article sets up a green supplier evaluation index system which contains five level one indexes and twenty-one level two indexes. The paper not just focuses on the economic indicators, adding more indicators which related to the environmental protection and resource utilization. The green index is selected mainly by the combination of literature statistics and expert opinion method. Finally, this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the index system, then uses a numerical example to verify the feasibility of the method and gives some suggestions to the enterprise.The main purpose of this article is to complement the green supplier measurement system, and attempts to provide a scientific and convenient train of thought and method to the automotive industry for supplier estimate.
