Facing the complicated international economic situation, with the sustained and rapid development, China's petrochemical industry not only has the opportunities of sustained and rapid development,but also faces the constraints and challenges of potential environmental risks. Enterprise's environmental risk management is an important aspect of business survival. Petrochemical enterprises should stand in the international and domestic perspective to fully understand the grim environmental protection situation of China's petrochemical industry, continuing to improve the environmental risk management has become a relentless pursuit of the goal in many petrochemical enterprises'management. Unfortunately, in the complex petrochemical industry, environmental risk management has no fixed pattern, it's generally difficult. Many petrochemical companies are very interested in the study how to improve the environmental risk management according to the specific circumstances, at the same time management doesn't have a significant impact on the development plan, and it can improve environmental risk management capacity. In regard to this, the author conducted a large number of project examples of corporate information, by consulting the latest environmental risk management philosophy, made a deep research into the above problem.The thesis first explains the characteristics and main content of the environmental risk assessment in today's petrochemical enterprises. Based on enterprises'situation, overall target has been set by risk identification and analysis. Through two years'practical work, the author obtains reasonable environmental risk management procedures and methods. All of these conclusions are of vital importance to effectively control and prevent environmental risks in petrochemical enterprises. In addition, the thesis covers some suggestions and measures to furthter development planning of enterprises.Since it is a complex systematic project, the thesis finally analyzes the national policy impaction to environmental risk management, and put forward some suggestions. The research conclusion can be used in petrochemical enterprises of environmental risk management.
