Research On Environmental Risk Management Of SHISHI Purified Terephthalic Acid(PTA) Petrochemical Project

A number of petrochemical enterprise widely distributed in China,environmental risk management is a difficult task.In recent years,high frequency of the petrochemical project environmental accidents have appealed much common concern,due to the scale of production,danger and high risk,petrochemical industry has become an industry to be strengthened environmental risk management.With the development of petrochemical construction project,the relationship between the project and the environment should be important,reducing environmental risks caused by the project,to maintain the sustainable development of petrochemical industry.Now domestic mostly concentrate on the study of environmental risk management in the identification,analysis and assessment of environmental risk these in the early stage,while further study of environmental risk control is still insufficient,especially the selection of risk control measures and the whole process of environmental risk management system without concrete standardized operation requirements.The article started from the concept of environmental risk management to research and discuss,the study on development and application of environmental risk management at home and abroad are described,and analyzes the main characteristic of petrochemical projects and its environmental risk identification and risk assessment,with discussing the importance of environmental risk management system to establish,to study and analysis the example.Taking Shishi city purified terephthalic acid(PTA)project as an example,this paper introduces the basic situation of the project,environmental impact assessment and environmental risk assessment are briefly analyzed.On major environmental risk management methods of the project study,the establishment of the environmental management system of the project,the project of environmental risk management measures,contingency plans and the project's environmental risk prevention and control measures so as to establish the environmental risk management system and effective management plan.Under the combination of theoretical analysiswith empirical research,environmental risk management methods or reasonable plans can be found.
