To the project component member's science choice and the appraisal, are adapt the project implementation and the effective movement, but to project manager, the principal item person in charge as well as the core projects member carries on the effective supplementary team which according to certain standard the science the choice and establishes. Its basic mission is leads directly in project manager, to achieve the specific items goal, completes each task which the specific items determined, but joint effort, the coordination and works effectively, and based on this, to the project component member who constructs, carries on the science the achievements inspection and the appraisal, thus monitors the entire project group effectively the working condition, at the right moment the reconciliation item leading member's constitution, unceasingly optimizes the project leading member's structure and the achievements, promotes the project construction and management each work finally, achieves the project management strategic target.Based on the analysis of human resources management project based on the theory in the project under the overall framework of human resources from the project team selection and evaluation of key members of the perspective of research projects in human resource management process, how to build a scientific, systematic project teams key members (including the senior project manager, project deputy manager to the middle of the project team leader and then to the core members of the grass-roots projects) and the work of selection criteria and corresponding duties and responsibilities; On this basis, to examine how leading member of the project team Projects carried out and the project to promote the process of effective performance evaluation, how to choose a scientific evaluation index.
