In recent years, X mobile telecommunications corporation has obtained a rapid development and been a dominant market position. However, with the increasing of mobile consumers'penetration rate and the shrinking of potential consumers in city markets, as well as the restructuring of telecommunication industry, fierce competition has been introduced in the mobile telecommunications corporations. Especially the occupation of high-value mobile consumers has become the focus attention in mobile telecommunications corporations.Based on the research for high-value consumers in X mobile telecommunications corporation, this paper analyzes the status,operation characteristics and competitive situation for the corporation and introduces potential risks and problems of the services and sales for those consumers. From the 4P marketing theory, with the application of models and research methods, potential consumers'demands have been produced and there is proposed to develop products'price and integrate marketing resources and implement comprehensive marketing strategy based on the purpose of providing additional service for customers.Finally, this paper summarized the effects of the implementation and proposed a strategy in the future.
