Hunan Grain Group And Application Research On Agricultural Circular Economy Development Model

Cycling economy is the result of environment economy, Ecological economy and resource economy’s mutual corporation development, the new ideology which put ecological environment factors born from economy development, representing the new tendency of current economy development. With the resource and energy moving style and efficiency which technology, policy, market system regulating manufacture and consume, cycling economy has changed the old substance’s typeofflow of one dimension "resource-product-salvage" into new cycling development style of "resource-product-renewable resources", using least resource consume, achieving the maximum economy output, lowest pollution, unifying the economy, environment and social benefits, establishing sustainable manufacturing and consuming society.This article focuses on enterprise internal cycling economy development patterns. Hunan Oils&Foodstuffs group is largest Hunan provincial and national leading enterprise in agricultural industry, especial leading in pannage, orange, Allium chinense G. Don in China. But because lack of plan in executing cycling agricultural feeding, current problem is seen as the high cost of waste handling in big scale aquaculture, which is very hard for them to bear. In the mean time, with the development of organic farming in China, how to get the organic manure with good quality, high efficiency, quickly improve soil has become the key issue of economic plant’s Organic farming of China. A subsidiary listed company of Hunan Oils&Foodstuffs group, being the biggest Hunan Scale fatten pigs base, is facing a problem of waste handling with typical and general character. Their product of microbial organic fertilizer is used for Organic planting in his subsidiary vegetable and fruit planting. This can be a good example for solving the difficulty of combining the Scale fatten pigs base and Scale planting base and establishing the agricultural cycling economy development.In the mean time of certifying this agricultural cycling economy development patterns, this also can be wildly used into current agricultural manufacturing enterprises in Hunan, creating provincial agricultural economy industry development team. This article is based on the sustainable development of Hunan Oils&Foodstuffs group’s self business, using the agricultural cycling economy model as the platform, combining Economics, Management, Ecology, Environmental study and enterprise culture theory, deeply investigate the essence of this model, for better usage and inspiration.
