Near the years, Central government locked "three rural" issue as the NO1 Document again. Reaffirming that the key point of domestic demand expansion is in the rural areas.Not only this document details the party's Third Plenary Session's "Decision",but also make the domestic demand expansion and economic growth as an important part in the development strategies.Over the years, the Central government attaches great importance to this issue, and actively take steps to start the rural consumer market. Especially in the current, In order to effectively respond to a series problems of post-era economic crisis and promote economic development stable and rapid, the central government committed to improve the level of farmer's consumption. Farmers have done for their own consumption and the macroeconomic situation of rural consumption is expected to be the key.because the low level of knowledge and culture and lack of information of farmers, the ability to grasp the future macroeconomic analysis and forecasting is worse compared with other groups. So relatively speaking, the consumption of farmers is expected to present more uncertainties.This article make the rural residents in western China as the research object. Using Western economic theory of Consumer and Empirical analysis. on one hand,making a comprehensive discussion and analysis to the expect factors of the western rural residents'consumption.on the another hand, making a comprehensive discussion and analysis to the relationship between consumer behavior and consumer's expectation. To obtain useful results, provide the oretical and policy basis for the rural consumer market starting.This article is divided into the followinig five main parts:The first part:is an introduction, the main topics of this part discusses the background and significance of why select this title, research objectives and methods as well as possible innovations of this title.The second part:from the Consumer's behavior characteristics, Described the economic theories are related with consumption expectations and consumer behavior, laid the theoretical foundation to Construct rural residents' "expected-consumer behavior" evaluation system. The third part:Analyze the factors and sub-criteria level factors of the fanner's uncertainty expectation. According to the data collected by questionnaire.By AHP to remove the indicators that not meet the assessment criteria,and then building the evaluation index system.The fourth part:Model and empirical analysis.
