Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives, The Development Of Strategic Research

Enterprise development strategy is to make the future development of enterprises with long-term and comprehensive planning. Enterprise development strategy is the core of competition, it's main role is to determine what industrial enterprises in the field of internal, and how to allocate resources, combined with access to higher than the overall level of competition of the industry and industry profits. Enterprise strategy includes the following three main aspects:One is the strategic analysis; Two is the strategic decision formulation; Three is the strategic decision implementation process management.This article altogether is divided into five chapters. The first chapter on the corporate strategic management of the basic theory and the rural credit cooperatives (Rccs) nature, status and role, and comprehensive elaborated of the reform and development of rural cooperative finance follow guidelines and policies. This is the theoretical foundation for the research papers. The second chapter embarks from the international domestic rural cooperatives finance development course, detailed analysis of the external operating environment of in Rccs Inner Mongolia, seeking truth from facts revealed to the development of Rccs favorable factors, constraints and development. The third chapter from the analysis of both positive and negative, and revealed the organization structure, personnel, quality of Rccs, credit, marketing, financial ability and internal resources such as corporate culture configuration status, laid the Foundation for future development strategy for the development of rural Rccs. The fourth chapter in comprehensive analysis based on the present situation of Rccs, according to actual situation, the author puts forward Inner Mongolia's Rccs reform and development talent strategy, innovation strategy, scientific strategy etc four strategic vision.The fifth chapter proposed three-year development plan of Rccs in Inner Mongolia and determined the guiding ideology, to realize the goals and a concrete strategy implementation plan.The paper from Inner Mongolia Rccs reform and development as a background, based on the related data of real basis, the modern enterprise strategy theory as the guide, with the national related policies as the basis, combining the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, tried to provide a more objective and concrete, having certain operability development strategies for the rural cooperative finance.
