Logistics is the key link which connects the production and consumption, whose function include transportation,warehousing,distribution processing, moving and delivering, packaging, information processing and so on. These action could be found in everywhere of our economic life and will bring us more if we cut down the cost from no matter which link of the logistics. So ,it is very important to the booming of the regional economy and bringing down the cost of production and trading in order to promoting the development of the logistics and providing good logistics service.In recent years, there is a great development of economy in Hunan province, but there is still a distance from the coastal cities. The reason is that when the costal cities'development in a high speed that there is still a strict management toward the cost of logistics. Compared with Hunan province, the cost of logistics there are rather low. All the above tell us that we should put more force on building logistics, in order to promote the development of the economy and society. There is a great need in building a regional logistics system in high efficiency.The unbalanced development of the regional economy leads to a difference in the development in logistics between the cities. In order to avoid the rebuilding and the wasting of money ,and let Hunan province have a healthy way of development. In order to make scientific, right and reasonable decision that the regional character and developme nt must be analyzed.This thesis bring forward some suggestion by assessing the index of the building of regional logistics in Hunan province , which studies and analyzes the logistics development of 14 places in Hunan province with principle component analysis and fuzzy cluster.
