Control Research, Human Resources Management Of The Bp Neural Network-based Risk Warning

The thesis takes the human resource management risk as the object of study,and tries to study it systematically and measurably by establishing an early-warning system of the risk.The main contents are as follows:firstly,the thesis summarizes the existing reseaches. Based on the shortage of the reseaches on the risk of human resource management,it raises twenty one risk incentives from the seven human resource management activitise,such as designing the position and structure,recruitment,training, performance evaluation, compensation management,career development and culture inspiration,and finally establishs the inducement system of risk by categorizing the inducements.And then,the thesis proves that it's feasible to using the BP neural network to warn the risk of human resource management. Taking the C interprise as the case of example,the thesis builds a three layer structure(21-10-1) BP neural network model, and uses its data of nine quarters to train and verify the early-warning model.The results show that BP neural network model can finish the early-warning work.At last,the thesis explains the application and raises a lot of specific measures of human resource management risk-guarding.
