Abstract/Summary:
With the development of economic globalization,the changes in the economic environment have become directly and rapidly affecting the business situation of the foreign trade enterprises.In recent years,with the rapid development and huge impact of knowledge economy,human resources have become one of the core competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises.However,at present,many foreign trade enterprises in China have risks in human resource management,especially the lack of awareness of prevention.Many foreign trade enterprises do not pay enough attention to human resource management risk,or they have already attached importance to it,but they have no ability to improve it.Such risks may evolve into fatal damage or even bankruptcy for enterprises.Foreign trade enterprises must set up awareness of risk prevention,improve management level of human resource management risk,and establish a risk early warning system suitable for enterprises,which is very important.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background of the research on the risk of human resource management,summarizes the related research status at home and abroad,and expounds the significance of this research and the research methods involved in this paper.The second part is a detailed description and analysis of the risk of human resource management.First,we define the related concepts,including enterprise risk and classification,human resource management risk,and human resource management risk early warning system.The risk of human resource management in six different dimensions are divided,and expounded the features of each risk,and then analyzes the internal and external cause of the risk,and then from the overall analysis of how to manage and control the risks.The third part is on the basis of the previous research sections,focusing on how to establish the human resources management risk early warning system is scientific and reasonable,this paper first analyzes the design of early warning system;design principles;construction of early warning system of the general idea is to collect relevant information to determine the choice of screening,early warning system indicators,and then select the appropriate method to determine the threshold value of warning,alarm when exceeds the preset warning value.In this paper,through two questionnaires and analytic hierarchy process comprehensive selection of human resource organization,human resources development and management of human resources in three categories of 27 level two early warning indicators,these indicators are defined in detail and provides the calculation formula of index,and then set the alarm value and the weight of each index,calculated according to these indicators,determine the calculation method of coefficient and the definition of the scope of the crisis,we can calculate the risk level of enterprise human resource management.The early warning system is based on the analysis of enterprise human resources risk management external appearance,according to the risk monitoring indicators set representative and the corresponding early warning criteria,abnormal timely analysis and processing,which can be in risk warning before the outbreak,to reduce or eliminate the damage to the enterprise by taking emergency plan in order to ensure the healthy development of enterprises.The fourth part selects a typical domestic small and medium-sized companies,through the selection of the company's background,organizational structure,development process,analysis of the environment,according to the calculation formula of early warning indicators set,provide according to the enterprise data,obtains the value of foreign trade enterprises and the total human resources crisis management rating indicators of the enterprise,fully reflects the enterprise human resources management.Some value exceeds a preset threshold value,so that through the methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis to find out the risk of company's current human resources management,inadequacies of the analysis and research the causes.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding solving measures,through the establishment of early warning system to identify business risks,early intervention,in order to eliminate or minimize the damage to the effect,this is the role of the early warning system.The application of such an example has important practical significance,which can provide reference for other foreign trade enterprises.The last part is the conclusion and prospect.The field involved in this paper is a relatively new field,and its practical significance is very significant.It hopes to provide some practical help for human resource management and help future related research.
