Ningwu Highway Project (progress) Risk Management Program Study

Since the financial crisis ,our country has carried on the massive investments to the road construction, in the future ,There will be much advancement in process based the road construction, especially based highway. Due to the large quantities, long cycle, enormous investment of highway construction project, and so many stakeholders during the project construction and Management phase, there are plenty of schedule risks during project construction and management phase. There risks can affect how to control the schedule during the road construction project directly. Therefore , how to identify and evaluate the risks of highway engineering construction, and then take appropriate measures to cope the risk, lower the schedule risk consequence on the project, and then well finish the road construction project, is the key to whether the schedule can meet the requirements. The key contents are listed as follow:1.This paper introduced the theories and analytical method in project risk management about highway engineering systematically, and analyzed the main existing problems and puts forward the meaning and method of this study.2.This paper defined the schedule risk in road construction projects, pointed out the possible impact for the risk, and introduces Study state at home and abroad of the schedule risk management.3.This paper constructed the framework of schedule risk management analysis, introduced the detailed steps and flow for the all portions of the framework, respectively described setting goals of risk management, the risk identification, the risk assessment, and the content of risk handling.4.This paper simply introduced the general process of road construction projects and its schedule component, systematically introduced how to analyze the schedule risk Factors, and put forward the analysis method.5.It mainly introduced the principle of risk assessment , and its steps and method ,Constructed the risk evaluation system , introduced a fuzzy synthesis assessment method as mathematics models for road construction projects schedule risk analysis.6.Finally, a demonstration example was made for corroborating the method in schedule risk management which puts forward in this paper.
