China Works To Ensure That The Contractor Guarantees In Credit Evaluation System

The credit problems of construction are one of the most important research topics in our construction field at present. As a pillar industry of the national economy, construction has a very important position and role in the national economic and social development. But for a long time, the contractor's discreditable behaviors, such as that bad contract performance, low project quality, and security incidents, affected the healthy development of the construction market seriously. The engineering guarantee warrant system, as a way and method of maintaining the credit of the contracted parties, widely used in project construction contracting.So contractor's credit question becomes the focus of attention of the construction.Firstly, based on the related theories of guarantee warrant and credit evaluation of engineering, this paper expounded the engineering guarantee warrant system and the credit evaluation methods,and discussed on establishing the contractor's credit evaluation system in the engineering guarantee warrant.Second, from the Angle of economics, this paper analyzes the reason that the engineering guarantee warrant can be a way to maintain the credit of the contracted parties. According to the game theory, this paper analyzed the relationship between market subjects of the engineering guarantee warrant, and revealed that the existence of the engineering guarantee warrant can stimulate contracted parties into meeting one's engagements. Besides, it also revealed that establishing a perfect credit evaluation system plays an important role in making the correct decisions of the engineering guarantee warrant.Thirdly, this paper established the general and special evaluation index of the contractor's credit evaluation in the engineering guarantee warrant.We also used the gray synthetic evaluation methods to evaluate the credit of contractors.Fourth, in view of the actual situation about the construction engineering guarantee warrant, this paper put forward some suggestions on the contractor's credit evaluation system. In order to promote the sustainable development of our construction, we need to improve the engineering guarantee warrant system.
