Study On Project Control Management And Design Change During The Rapid Development Of Highway

In recent years, as the rapid development of the socio-economic, the fund of highway is increased, and the corresponding transport systems are shaped. However, the schedule management, quality management and cost management are always hard to coordinate, which is the project technical difficulties faced by managers. At the same time, the projects often produce design changes, which lead to the management of inconvenience.
