The situation of our export requirement increasingly deteriorates, which is hard to improve in short time, because of the long-term stagnant economy in developed countries. Although "massive infrastructure spending program" has help domestic economy whose structure has been maladjusted for a long time redeveloped to some extent, it is not a superexcellent resolution to rely on investment whose boundary effect gradually decline.Among lots of resolutions for extending consumer demand, developing consumption credit is the most permanent undoubtedly, which also the most effective in short time. There are few domestic channels to grant consumption credit and commercial banks, as important one, should be regarded to develop their consumption credit. As researching deeply on the consumption credit of commercial banks, several problems like simplified variety, incomplete business management mechanism and imperfectly risk control are exposed.
