China actively responds to the challenges of the global financial crisis ,and achieves the goal of Economic recovery ahead of the world. Under the condition of the financial crisis, the primary objective of economic development is keeping growth. Electricity sales represents a barometer of economic development, which could support the Sustained Electricity development when it has adapted Increases. At present, momentum of increasing in China's power consumption has basically been formed, and the National Electricity Consumption increases. As sale price affects the amount of electricity demand directly, the contradiction of price needs to be eased futher to ensure electricity consumption growth of the whole society and of increasing of economic growth.This paper gives a systematic analysis of current national electricity system, and comparative studies of sale prices on the domestic and foreign policy, analysising sale price of the Sichuan Power Grid and Eight problems in sale of the Sichuan power grid, it proposes nine proposals in reforms of sale price of electricity in Sichuan, including reforming sale price structure ,determing a reasonable price level, adjusting voltage difference reasonably , reducing the Sichuan Province industrial tariff levels appropriatly, improving the two part tariff, expanding the scope of two part tariff, increasing discount ratio of sale price of direct supply users and the wholesale price, clearing and detailing the "power factor adjustment tariff measures" , deepening living tariff reform, increasing enforcement of price differences .etc. it aims to give recommendations of selling electricity reform in Sichuan power grid , to promote Sichuan power demand and Sichuan's economic stability and healthy development in the financial crisis.
