Wind turbine technology is an emerging industry, however, in some aspect, the way of operation are still keep some characteristic of traditional heavy mechanical industry. Nowadays, the demand of clean energy is increasing rapidly, but at the same time, customers'requirements are more and more strict and high. The requirements of customers not just stay only in the multi-customized products, and also on the requirement of manufacturing lead- times, and also the costs. The seller-oriented market will not exist any more. Wind Power Manufacturers in the new period are facing great opportunities and challenges. The traditional heavy industry model of operation must be improved. Cost control, client-oriented approach is necessary. ERP system applications and inventory control strategies must adapt to new requirements. The original inventory control strategies, ERP system data accuracy is a topics need to study.By analyzing the operation of business, the reason of non-effective inventory lies in lack of clear guild line of classification of the material. More, the ERP implementation are merely on basic computing level, but failed to integrate the management philosophy and approach to exploit the advantage of the system. Meanwhile, inventory accuracy, as the foundation of inventory control, lacks effective control in ERP system, which is also a root cause of non-effective implementation of inventory control strategies. Firstly, through analyzing the domestic as well as international papers, which related with ERP and inventory control study, especially the traditional ABC classification method, this paper introduce a new parametric of"frequency of material usage"on ABC classification method discussion. At the same time, verifying this method by using actual data and invent a standard process of implement it in ERP system.Secondly, base on the material classification, EOQ, safety stock calculation and ERP implementation was studied. Meanwhile, different inventory control strategies as well as stock count strategies, order trigger policy and order quantity strategies, were studied base on the different ABC classification of material. Through the implementation of new strategies, inventory turns are increased and inventory stock value is decreased. At the same time the implementation of ERP system are not stays merely on low level, however, traditional inventory control model was introduced into ERP system implementation. Taking advantage of modern ERP technology, which could store, collection, and process huge data, at the same time absorbing traditional study result, makes inventory control strategic successfully implemented. Finally, this paper is focusing on study the topic of inventory transaction accuracy. Starts from study of the importance of the accuracy, combining practical business applications, the key ERP system inventory transactions are being analyzed and new way of handling process was proposed and implement. As a result, the inventory accuracy was greatly improved and achieves cost saving and secure all the implementation of inventory control policy implementation.This study will help to improve company's applications level in the logistics inventory control model, especially the practical application of theory validation. To ERP as the platform to integrate existing models, with the theoretical model of economic which benefits to the company.
