Research Of Industrial Policies On Technological Innovation Of Wind Turbine Manufacturers

Because of its mature technology and the most development prospects, windenergy has been listed as the most important renewable energy in many countries.Under the strong support of national policy, China’s wind turbine manufacturershave made explosive development and wind power technology has been improvedsignificantly in recent years. In the paper, technology innovation theory as a guideand the full analysis of wind turbine manufacturing industry and industrial policyas a foundation, we mainly study the effect of industrial policy on technologyinnovation of wind turbine manufacturers. The purpose is to find the relationshipbetween the two and to analyze the incentive effects using an case.Firstly，the paper discovers that industrial policy is of great significance totechnology innovation of wind turbine manufacturers, After analyzing theexternalities, uncertainties and advantage of backwardness in the process oftechnology innovation. This is the theoretical basis of this paper. Secondly, makesa detailed introduction about the development of wind turbine industry, technologyinnovation mode and industrial policy, and finds a fact that industrial policychanges can cause corresponding changes in the wind turbine industry andtechnology innovation mode. This provides a reality foundation for research.Thirdly, uses cost-benefit analysis to discuss key factors of technical innovationproject, and does a research that industrial policy affected the will of technologyinnovation project through the key factors. Finally, chooses Goldwind as theexample of research. And dose a study of the will of technology innovation project,on the basis of presenting the development of Goldwind, scientific research projectGoldwind take part in and tax preference items. The study comes to the conclusionthat Goldwind has a higher willingness of technology innovation project under theindustrial policy.
