The last, we focus on the study of WIP and F/G control. Based on the actual situation, we have finding out the effective way which to consume the stock level of WIP and F/G. This study will help to improve the actual level of inventory control, and provide the detailed operation method; use the theoretical knowledge to do the optimization on operation level.
