This paper takes Huaxi Village as a case in order to study the relation between national tourist destinations community and social classes. Through investigation, before development in the village, there was no obvious stratification phenomenon. But, after development, village is divided into sectors of tourism managers, tourism service provider, agricultural laborers and migrant workers groups. The article also features on the current stratum .It concludes that the current stratum presents "Gourd" type, larger differences are among those stratum. Then, paper analyses the causes of stratification, it is mainly aboat the size and level of tourism development which caused the professional division; the absence of a reasonable income distribution mechanism which caused income differentiation;combining tourism management authority and resources which expanded the village stratification. At the same time, the results of stratification also impacts on tourism development .Article concludes that we must build broad participation in tourism development model, and coordinate among all social class of their interests. This is only way to ensure healthy and sustainable tourism development in the village, which promotes the harmonious development of society.
